Meet the Staff
Tom Wiles, Senior Minister

Some facts about Tom:
- He’s a
really bad guitar player
- Only
two people think he’s funny, him and his wife Mandy
- He’s
average at every sport except polo. That’s because
he’s
never played it before. But if he did, he’d be average
at that too.
- He
drinks too much coffee and Diet Coke
- He
loves Jesus and he loves people
Family man:
Tom is absolutely crazy
about his family. His wife of over 20 years, Mandy,
is his best friend in the whole world. Tom loves just
about everything he does if she’s with him, except maybe
laundry. He is so proud of his five children. They know
just how to work him to get almost anything they want.
He has the harder time when they go to camp.
What makes him laugh?
America’s funniest home
videos, his wife and kids, and the bad auditions
for American Idol
What makes him cry?
The
thought of someone dying or living without Jesus
What he loves?
Watching his children play
soccer, fishing, steak and lobster, movies
What inspires
him?
Nature, songs of praise,
his family, transformed lives
What if he wasn’t
a minister?
Tom would probably be
leading a Christian camp or a classroom as a high school
history teacher
What’s his
greatest
fear?
Missing out any part of the
adventure God has in mind for him
What’s his
passion?
To share the good news of
Jesus
What has he done for other
churches?
He was a youth minister for
nearly 16 years at River Oaks Community Church in
Carmel, IN. For three years, he served in the adult and
outreach ministries of White River Christian Church in
Noblesville, IN.
What are his dreams for ministry?
To lead a
church that honors God and His word that stands as a
lighthouse in the community
